Crosswind is ranked as a top agency in Texas for healthcare clients, according to the prestigious J.R. O’Dwyer Company’s annual survey of U.S. PR firms. Crosswind led the communications effort behind a $286 million federal vaccine capabilities facility for Texas A&M, the largest federal healthcare grant in the state’s history, and supported the FujiFilm Diosynth expansion in Texas. 

Senior members of staff have provided C-suite counsel to Kaiser Permanente, the nation’s largest non-profit health care provider with over nine million members, including work on the award-winning “Thrive advertising and PR campaign."

The team also includes a former national-level journalist who covered and edited features on health care and wellness and who has taught tactics and strategies to health care communicators in the graduate school at USC Annenberg’s prestigious School of Communications in Los Angeles.


MarketVision (MV), led by Hispanic principals, is a full-service integrated-marketing firm founded by Yvonne “Bonnie” Garcia, who established MV in 1998 after 10 years directing corporate marketing initiatives for Coca-Cola North America. MV is proud to be minority-and woman-owned and located in a San Antonio HUB-certified zone, where the majority of the team resides; we also have staff in New York and Mexico.

Webhead is a technology company founded and headquartered in San Antonio 27 years ago by Janie Gonzalez, Digital Engineer and CEO. It has an AA rating with Texas DIR and is in good standing with CSPARS. The company has proven past performance designing digital creative, websites, social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, and secure database systems for healthcare clients in the public and private spaces. 


Focus Latino is a Hispanic-owned research firm that has vast experience with low-income multicultural segment target audiences — especially the Hispanic and Black segments — conducting research to gain insights for campaign development and then testing the messaging.
